As you all know, UCAR’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion worked with two independent companies, National Research Center and The Spring Institute, to field the 2017 Culture Survey in May and June. The goals of the survey were to better understand the workplace environment and experience for our staff, to get recommendations from expert consultants in ways to create a more inclusive and welcoming culture throughout UCAR for everyone, and to establish a baseline for measuring the effectiveness of the actions that are put in place in response to those recommendations.
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion will be holding town hall meetings to deliver UCAR-wide findings and to discuss next steps for our organization. If you missed the Town Halls a recording is available here.
